The successful cooperation with our clients is based on an established and structured approach of developing and implementing organisational change projects.


1) Systemic Process Consulting

Within the scope of systemic/solution-oriented process consulting the client stays responsible at all times. We support our clients to find individually customised solutions and do not externally impose any solutions. This ensures sustainable results that will be implemented. 

We recognise our clients as experts of their own problems and solutions. In close cooperation we clarify the problem and what goals should be reached. As experts on processes we supply the architecture and design of the change process that ends in a new solution. This works through different, effective, systemic interventions.


2) Clarifying your Needs & Project Description

Following the first contact we will define together what goals and objectives you want to attain. Together we will agree upon the way forward and how we can support you to achieve your goals.


3) Definition of the Level of Change

Together we will define what level (individual, senior management/executive, team, organisational) will be subject to change. Thereupon we will suggest to you revelant measures.

 

4) Definition of Focus Areas

 

Together we will clarify where to put the focus of the intervention: What area or what subject will be in the foreground of the change initiative. Where we will put the emphasis of the change initiative.

 

5) Change Plan

On the basis of our recommended measures and along your priorities & objectives we will develop a concept of intervention. This concept will identify the strategy, structure and culture of the desired change.


6) Performance Management

In a 5 steps procedure we will continuously establish the connection between target objectives and target achievement.
