- Leadership Programmes:
Our Leadership Programmes encompass several modules and practical measures of development for senior managers/executives (length 6-12 months).
The modules are divided as follows:

- Leadership - managing others
- Business Management - managing the company
The programme includes the development of an actual business challenge of the senior manager/executive and a 360° customised feedback session.
The programme closes with a consulting session of colleagues and a case study within a working group.
