We have the excellent Know-How required for conducting a 360 degree interview: long-standing experience, scientifically based competence model of leadership, scientifically evaluated question catalogues with behavioural and concrete items, strong expertise of implementation with our external system partner for online questionnaire processes.

  • Leadership Programmes:

Our Leadership Programmes encompass several modules and practical measures of development for senior managers/executives (length 6-12 months).

The modules are divided as follows:

  • Personal Mastery - managing yourself
  • Leadership - managing others
  • Business Management - managing the company

The programme includes the development of an actual business challenge of the senior manager/executive and a 360° customised feedback session.

The programme closes with a consulting session of colleagues and a case study within a working group.
